Registered Pension Schemes and Overseas Pensions Schemes (Electronic Communications of Returns and Information) Regulations 2006 U.K.

153.—(1) The Registered Pension Schemes and Overseas Pensions Schemes (Electronic Communications of Returns and Information) Regulations 2006(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation) omit the entry for “the tax appeal Commissioners”.

(3) In Schedule 2 omit “to the tax appeal Commissioners” in each place.
