153.—(1) The Registered Pension Schemes and Overseas Pensions Schemes (Electronic Communications of Returns and Information) Regulations 2006(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation) omit the entry for “the tax appeal Commissioners”.
(3) In Schedule 2 omit “to the tax appeal Commissioners” in each place.
