The Pensions on Divorce etc. (Provision of Information) Regulations 200023 are amended in accordance with this regulation.

In regulation 1(2) (interpretation), omit the definition of “the Regulatory Authority”.

In regulation 9 (penalties), after “Regulatory Authority may” insert “by notice in writing”.
