9.—(1) The Occupational Pension Schemes (Winding Up) Regulations 1996(1) are amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In regulation 8(7) (requirements to be satisfied by transferee schemes, annuities etc.)(2)—
(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (a), insert “or”, and
(b)omit sub-paragraph (c) and the word “or” immediately preceding it.
