The Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Commencement No.8 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2009

2.  In articles 2(2) and 4(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Commencement No.8 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2005(1), for the words “4^th April 2009” there shall be substituted the words “4^th April 2010”.
