Amendment to Rule 3.8

15.  In Rule 3.8, for paragraph (1) substitute—

“(1) If an administrative receiver gives notice under section 48(2)(b), the notice—

(a) shall be gazetted; and

(b) may be advertised in such other manner as the administrative receiver thinks fit.”.
