The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 45(2) and (7) and 46(1)(f), (1)(j) and (4) of the Road Traffic Act 19881.
The Secretary of State for Transport has consulted representative organisations in accordance with section 195(2) of that Act.
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercising the powers conferred by section 46(1)(f), has taken into account the functions and matters specified in respect of that section in the Department of Transport (Fees) Order 19882.
