  • “dangerous preparation” has the meaning assigned to it by regulation 2(1) of the Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations 2009;

  • “dangerous substance” has the meaning assigned to it by regulation 2(1) of the Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations 2009;.

  • Omit the definition of “preparation dangerous for supply”.

  • Omit the definition of “substance dangerous for supply”.

Paragraph 1(b) of Schedule 1For “substance or preparation dangerous for supply” substitute “dangerous substance or dangerous preparation”.
