Amendment of the principal Regulations

7.  In regulation 24 (persons by whom practical and unitary tests may be conducted)—

(a) in the heading after “whom” insert “manoeuvres,”;

(b) in paragraph (1) for “practical” in the first place where it appears substitute “manoeuvres test, practical test”;

(c) in paragraph (2) for “practical” substitute “manoeuvres test, practical test”;

(d) at the beginning of paragraph (2A) add “A manoeuvres test or”; and

(e) in paragraph (3) for “practical” substitute “manoeuvres tests, practical tests”.
