18.—(1) Amend regulation 30 (requirement of secrecy) as follows.
(2) For paragraph (1)(c) substitute—
“(c)every person so attending by virtue of any of sections 6A to 6D of the 2000 Act(1),”
(3) After each occurrence of the word “number” in paragraph (2)(a), (4)(c), (5)(b) and (c) and (6) of that regulation, insert “or other unique identifying mark”.
Sections 6A to 6D of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 (c. 41) were inserted by section 29 of the Electoral Administration Act 2006 (c. 22).
