Interpretation2
Unless the context otherwise requires, in these Regulations and in any provision applied by these Regulations—
a
“the 2004 Regulations” means the European Parliamentary Elections (Northern Ireland) Regulations 20045; and
b
a reference to a numbered regulation or Schedule means the regulation or Schedule so numbered in the 2004 Regulations.
