2.  The following are designated areas for the purposes of paragraph 8 of Schedule 15 to the Act—

• Belize

• Brunei Darussalam

• the Falkland Islands

• the Federal Republic of Germany

• Gibraltar

• the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

• the Republic of Cyprus

• the Republic of Turkey

• the Sovereign Base Areas of Akrotiri and Dhekelia

• the State of Kuwait

• the Sultanate of Oman
