21.—(1) The Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (Establishment of Conservation Board) Order 2004(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 4 (specified number of Board members)—
(a)in paragraph (1), for “17” substitute “15”;
(b)in paragraph (2), for “15” substitute “14”.
(3) In Schedule 1 (specified local authorities)—
(a)omit “North Wiltshire District Council” and “West Wiltshire District Council”.
