PART 6 AMENDMENT OF PROVISIONS RELATING TO CERTAIN CONSERVATION BOARDS AND NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITIES

Amendment of the New Forest National Park Authority (Establishment) Order 2005

22.  The New Forest National Park Authority (Establishment) Order 2005(1) is amended, in article 5 (appointment of local authority members of the authority)—

(a) by the substitution for paragraph (b) of—

“(b) two members shall be appointed by the council for the county of Wiltshire;”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (c), at the end insert “and”; and

(c) omit sub-paragraph (d).
