In section 87(6) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 at the end add—
“(v)
the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 20082, the Mesothelioma, etc., Act (Northern Ireland) 20083, and the Child Maintenance Act (Northern Ireland) 20084;
(w)
the Pensions Act 20085 and the Pensions (No. 2) Act (Northern Ireland) 20086.”.
