Procurement of [F2 military goods or WMD goods] from Iran U.K.

3.—(1) Except under the authority of a licence granted by the Secretary of State under this article, the procurement of [F3 military goods or WMD goods] from Iran is prohibited, whether or not originating in the territory of Iran.

(2) Any military goods which are procured or attempted to be procured shall be liable to forfeiture.
