Procurement of military goods from Iran

3.—(1) Except under the authority of a licence granted by the Secretary of State under this article, the procurement of military goods from Iran is prohibited, whether or not originating in the territory of Iran.
(2) Any military goods which are procured or attempted to be procured shall be liable to forfeiture.
(3) Any person knowingly concerned in the procurement or attempted procurement of such goods shall be guilty of an offence under this Order.

Explanatory Memorandum
