Annual reports30

The Secretary of State must publish annual reports for all the pollutants.

Annual reports must contain the following information—
a
details of all cases where levels of pollutants have exceeded limit values, target values, long term objectives, information and alert thresholds set out in Schedules 2 to 5 for the relevant averaging periods,
b
a summary assessment of the effects of the cases referred to in paragraph (a).

Annual reports may contain further information where appropriate, including assessments on forest protection and information as to ozone precursor substances listed in section B of Annex X to Directive 2008/50/EC as the Secretary of State thinks appropriate.
