Consumer Credit (Exempt Agreements) Order 2007 U.K.

92.  In article 2 (exemption for high net worth debtors and hirers) of the Consumer Credit (Exempt Agreements) Order 2007(1), after sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) in the case of a consumer credit agreement other than an agreement secured on land, the agreement is for credit which exceeds £60,260;”.
