97.  In regulation 52 (disapplication of certain regulations in the case of consumer credit agreements) of the Payment Services Regulations 2009(1),

(a) omit the full stop at the end of paragraph (d) and insert “; and”;

(b) after paragraph (d) insert—

“(e) section 98A(4) to (6) (termination of open-end consumer credit agreement) in place of regulation 56(2) to (6).”.
