Coming into force

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 47C(2), 80AA, 80BB, 80C, 80D, 80E and 99 of the Employment Rights Act 19961.

In accordance with section 236(3)2 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, a draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
