1. These Regulations—
(a)may be cited as the Water Resources (Control of Pollution) (Silage, Slurry and Agricultural Fuel Oil) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2010;
(b)apply to England only; and
(c)come into force on 6th April 2010.
