Amendment of the Discretionary Financial Assistance Regulations 2001

8.—(1) The Discretionary Financial Assistance Regulations 2001(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 3(2) (circumstances in which discretionary housing payments may be made), in paragraph (l), after the second mention of “section” insert “6B,”.
