Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Education Authorities and Children’s Services Authorities (Integration of Functions) (Local and Subordinate Legislation) Order 2010 and comes into force on the thirty-fifth day after the day on which it is made.
(2) In this Order “education subordinate legislation” means subordinate legislation made wholly under powers in any of the Education Acts (within the meaning of the Education Act 1996(1) and “non-education subordinate legislation” is to be construed accordingly.
