Regulation 11 of the Road Vehicles Lighting Regulations 1989 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (4)(c)(i)18 for “local education authority” substitute “local authority (within the meaning of the Education Act 1996) in connection with the exercise of its functions relating to education”.

In paragraph (5) for “local education authority” substitute “local authority”.
