35.—(1) Regulation 6 of the NHS and Local Authorities Partnership Arrangements 2000 is amended as follows.

(2) For paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)the functions under sections 7 or 8 of the Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act 1986;”.

(3) In paragraph (d) for “local education authorities” substitute “local authorities”.
