51. In rule 20(1)(a) of the Regional Assembly and Local Government Referendum Rules contained in Schedule 1 to the Regional Assembly and Local Government Referendums Order 2004 for “local education authority” substitute “local authority (within the meaning of the Education Act 1996)”.
