The Special Guardianship Regulations 2005 are amended as follows.

In regulation 4(1) omit sub-paragraph (e).

In regulation 12(3)—
a
for “local education authority” (in the first place where those words occur substitute “another local authority”, and
b
for “local education authority” (in the second place where those words occur) substitute “local authority”.

In regulation 14(3)—
a
for “a local education authority” (in the first place where those words occur) substitute “another local authority”, and
b
for “local education authority” (in the second place where those words occur) substitute “local authority”.
