56.—(1) The Special Guardianship Regulations 2005 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 4(1) omit sub-paragraph (e).
(3) In regulation 12(3)—
(a)for “local education authority” (in the first place where those words occur substitute “another local authority”, and
(b)for “local education authority” (in the second place where those words occur) substitute “local authority”.
(4) In regulation 14(3)—
(a)for “a local education authority” (in the first place where those words occur) substitute “another local authority”, and
(b)for “local education authority” (in the second place where those words occur) substitute “local authority”.
