In regulation 43(1) of the Council Tax Benefit Regulations 2006, in the definition of “education authority” for “a local education authority as defined in section 12 of the Education Act 1996 (interpretation)” substitute “a local authority as defined in section 579 of the Education Act 1996 (interpretation)”.
