In the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2006(1), in regulation 21(7) (decisions taken on public policy, public security and public health grounds), in sub-paragraph (a), for “to which section 38 of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 applies (detention in hospital of a person with a notifiable disease)” substitute “listed in Schedule 1 to the Health Protection (Notification) Regulations 2010(2)”.
