The Misuse of Drugs (Amendment No.2) (England, Wales and Scotland) Regulations 2010 No. 1799

Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment No.2) (England, Wales and Scotland) Regulations 2010 and shall come into force on 23rd July 2010.

(2) In these Regulations “the 2001 Regulations” means the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001(1).

(3) These Regulations extend to England, Wales and Scotland.
