Provisions coming into force on 19th July 2010
2. 19th July 2010 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act—
sections 5 and 6;
paragraph 2 of Schedule 3, and section 25 so far as it relates to that paragraph of that Schedule.
