Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Housing and Local Government) Order 2010.
(2) This Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(3) In this Order “2006 Act” means the Government of Wales Act 2006.
