(b)

section 5(1) and (3) (agricultural wages orders);

(c)

section 7B(2) and (4) to (7) (questioning of employer)14.

(3)

In section 11 (short title, interpretation and extent), omit subsection (2B)15.

Employment and Training Act 1973

Sex Discrimination Act 1975
