The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred by section 182(5) of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009(1) makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provision) (Amendment) Order 2010.
2. In the Schedule to the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provision) (Amendment) Order 2010(2) in paragraph 27(a) omit the reference to the Criminal Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 1966(3).

This Order amends the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provision) Order 2010 to omit from the provisions specified as coming into force by virtue of that Order the reference in Part 2 of Schedule 23 to the 2009 Act to the repeal of section 7 of the Criminal Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 1966 (c. 20).
