Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 126(1)(b), 146(1), 181(5), 182(5), 185(4)(a), 189(1), (4), (6) and (11), 203(1), 307(3), 315(2) and 318(1) of the Pensions Act 20041.
In accordance with section 317 of the Pensions Act 2004 the Secretary of State has consulted such persons as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.
