The Export Control (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2010 No. 2007

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Export Control (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 31st August 2010.

(2) In this Order, “the 2008 Order” means the Export Control Order 2008(1).
