The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 87(1)(a) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003(1), hereby makes the following Regulations:

(1)

2003 c.42. Section 87(6) has been repealed by section 149 and Part 4 of Schedule 28 to the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 (c. 4).
