Section 103A applications2
An application for review made to the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal under section 103A of the 2002 Act and Schedule 2 to the 2004 Act before 15 February 2010 but not determined before that date shall continue as an application to the First-tier Tribunal for permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal under section 11 of the 2007 Act.
