70.  In regulation 15 (appeals)—

(a) in paragraph (1)—

(i) for “FHSAA” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”; and

(ii) omit “by giving notice to the FHSAA”; and

(b) in paragraphs (2)(g), (3), (4) and (6) for “FHSAA”, in each place, substitute “First-tier Tribunal”.
