97. In regulation 1(2) of the NHS Blood and Transplant (Gwaed a Thrawsblaniadau’r GIG) Regulations 2005(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “national NHS disqualification”, in sub-paragraph (a) for “FHSAA” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”.
