Form, grounds and period for rejecting public body's final certificate27.
(1)
The prescribed form of a public body's final certificate M1 shall be form 12 in Schedule 1 and the grounds on which a local authority shall reject a final certificate are those prescribed in Schedule 7.
(2)
The period within which a local authority may give notice of rejection of a public body's final certificate is ten days beginning with the day on which the certificate is given.
