Form, grounds and period for rejecting public body's final certificate27

The prescribed form of a public body's final certificateM1 shall be F2Form PB4(W) in Schedule 1 and the grounds on which a local authority shall reject a final certificate are those prescribed in Schedule 7.

The period within which a local authority may give notice of rejection of a public body's final certificate is ten days beginning with the day on which the certificate is given.
