Amendment of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006

In the table in section 41(7) of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006102 (registers: duty to refer)—

(a)

for the second entry in column 1 under the heading “Relevant register” substitute—

“2.

The register maintained under article 19 of the Pharmacy Order 2010”; and

(b)

for the second entry in column 2 under the heading “Keeper of the register” substitute—

“The registrar appointed under article 18 of that Order.”.
