Amendment of the National Health Service (Tribunal) (Scotland) Regulations 2004E+W+S

39.  In regulation 2(1) of the National Health Service (Tribunal) (Scotland) Regulations 2004(1) (interpretation and forms)—

(a)for the definition of “pharmacist” substitute—

“pharmacist” means a registered pharmacist within the meaning of article 3(1) of the Pharmacy Order 2010;; and

(b)for paragraph (d) of the definition of “relevant professional body” substitute—

(d)in relation to a practitioner who is a pharmacist, the General Pharmaceutical Council;.
