Amendment of the National Health Service (Tribunal) (Scotland) Regulations 2004 E+W+S

39.  In regulation 2(1) of the National Health Service (Tribunal) (Scotland) Regulations 2004(1) (interpretation and forms)—

(a) for the definition of “pharmacist” substitute—

““pharmacist” means a registered pharmacist within the meaning of article 3(1) of the Pharmacy Order 2010;”; and

(b) for paragraph (d) of the definition of “relevant professional body” substitute—

“(d) in relation to a practitioner who is a pharmacist, the General Pharmaceutical Council;”.
