Amendment of the Medicines for Human Use (Prescribing) Order 2005 E+W+S

48.  In article 1(4) of the Medicines for Human Use (Prescribing) Order 2005(1) (citation, commencement, extent and interpretation), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “relevant register” for “Part 1 of the register maintained under article 10(1) of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007” substitute “Part 1 of the register maintained under article 19 of the Pharmacy Order 2010”.
