In article 5(3)(c) of the Gender Recognition (Disclosure of Information) (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) (No. 2) Order 2005(1) (disclosure for medical purposes), for “a pharmacist or pharmacy technician registered in Part 1 or 3 of one of the registers maintained under articles 10(1) and 21(1) of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007” substitute “a pharmacist or a pharmacy technician registered in Part 1, 2, 4 or 5 of the register maintained under article 19 of the Pharmacy Order 2010”.
