52. In regulation 4(6) of the National Health Service (Discipline Committees) (Scotland) Regulations 2006(1) (provisions relating to the start of disciplinary proceedings), for sub-paragraph (iv) of the definition of “relevant professional body” substitute—
“(iv)in relation to a pharmacist, the General Pharmaceutical Council;”.
