67. In regulation 2(2) of the Council for Healthcare Regulatory Excellence (Appointment, Procedure etc.) Regulations 2008(1) (conditions of appointment for chair and non-executive members of the Council), for sub-paragraph (j)(viii) substitute—
“(viii)Pharmacy Order 2010, and”.
